Purpose: Connect with Wellness (CWW) is a virtual support group of undergraduate and graduate students at UNI. Discussions are centered on your questions, experiences, and goals about any area of wellness!
Benefits: CWW is a safe space for you to discuss how you are practicing holistic wellness and self-care! Gain support and connect with your peers as you navigate stress, time management, social connections, eating well, healthy boundaries, or any other topic.
Details: A 1-hour Zoom meeting will be available for UNI students to join on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30am, starting for the summer on May 19. Students are to email firstname.lastname@example.org for the Zoom link to reserve their spot weekly. Group size is limited and early registration is encouraged.
