Walk the Labyrinth Walk the Labyrinth

The labyrinth is in the form of a circle with a meandering but purposeful path from the edge to the center. While walking the labyrinth, one may feel joy in slowing down the pace of life and find peace, insight, reflection, creativity, relaxation and wisdom. It can be made available for student organizations, events and meetings.

Jason Sole is an assistant professor at Metropolitan State University. He is a national keynote speaker and has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in criminal justice. He will peak about his experience as an African-American black male, as well as highlight obstacles and barriers faced through poverty and incarceration while also sharing how education changed his life and where he is today.

Visiting artist George Vatchnadze will present a piano recital. George has appeared with orchestras and in recital throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Israel, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, Chile and Guatemala. He currently serves on the faculty at DePaul University. This event is free and open to the public.
