Live Screening: "Romeo and Juliet"

Live Screening: "Romeo and Juliet"

Wednesday, February 24, 2021 - 7:00 pm

TheatreUNI is screening an enhanced staged reading of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
This production was originally planned for April of 2020but had to be suspended due to the pandemic. While it was not possible to produce a fully-staged version, we were able to convert the production into a spirited staged reading which brings to life the rich and beautiful language of the text. Preview the performance through a number of clips found at https://theatreunivirtualfestival.uni.edu/.
We will screen the finished product at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24 in the Strayer-Wood Theatre. Socially-distanced seating can be requested through this form. Act now to join in for the official launch of this project!
