The Mary Ann Bolton Undergraduate Research Award celebrates the extraordinary research, scholarship and creative work of UNI's undergraduate students. These awards are given to students who demonstrate excellence in research using library resources conducted in support of an undergraduate paper or project carried out under the guidance of a UNI Faculty member or approved mentor. The Safe Zone Ally program is  designed to identify and train community members interested in supporting the continued growth of an inclusive campus community. This program supports the university's value of cultivating a caring and diverse campus community that values respect for all people, the open and free exchange of ideas, and responsible and ethical behavior. This program is not an LGBTQ+ 101 training, but instead an opportunity for those interested in supporting our community.

Ethical Issues in Quantitative Research

Tuesday, March 9, 2021 - 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

This panel will help participants become acquainted with key ethical issues involved in quantitative research and scholarship. It will include an interactive discussion on such topics as integrity in authorship, data management, and collaboration as they pertain to quantitative research methods. This panel discussion will be led by Helen Harton, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology and include other faculty members who are experts in quantitative research methodologies.
