Faculty and staff are eligible for one free flu vaccine on-campus each year. For students, the Student Health Clinic will file a claim with your health insurance or charge $30 to those students without health insurance. Masks will be required at the on-campus vaccination clinics. Masks will be available for those who forget to bring one. UNI provides the quadrivalent flu shot.

All-day sessions are set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speakers are Kimbertly A. Jones, Joy Briscoe, Shantila Caston, Jesus Lizarraga-Estrada, Janice Honeycutt and Kelisha Worrell.

Musical duo sonic apricity will present a recital. sonic apricity is a new-music duo comprised of violinist and UNI faculty artist Erik Rohde and guest violist Jacob Tews. The group is dedicated to uncovering and commissioning new works by living composers for violin and viola, performing them alone and in full recitals alongside more established pieces. Face masks are encouraged. Originally from Iowa, JJ Moses began his football career at Waterloo East High and went on to receive a full-ride scholarship to play football at Iowa State University. JJ began his NFL career in 2001 as a kickoff and punt returner. Now an NFL motivational coach, he equips former NFL athletes transitioning out of the league for post-NFL life.

Observatory ShowObservatory Show

View the evening sky at the UNI Observatory. Attendance will be limited, and no late arrivals will be admitted. Large groups will NOT be allowed, due to the visitor limits, and should contact Dr. Siobahn Morgan to make arrangements for a group visit.
Meet before 9 PM outside of MSH 137, near the polar bear. Electronic devices, such as cameras, smart phones, etc, must not be used during the visit. No food, or drink is allowed. Masks are encouraged, particularly while inside of the observatory. This event is free and open to the public.
