International Education Week (IEW) is a nationally and globally recognized and celebrated week that highlights not only our international communities on our campuses, but also the ways in which our domestic community is working together to create a global and diverse learning environment and curriculum. Our Kick-Off event is meant to start off our celebration of IEW and invite those from our campus, Cedar Valley, and state community to gather with us!

UNI Society of Human Resource Management is partnering with other business student orgs to organixe the UNI Holiday Giveback event! During the event, we will be making cards for healthcare workers and there will be food provided for those who participate. For a chance to win one of our raffle baskets donated by various student orgs, bring in non-perishable food items, men's clothing, and household products to donate to the Cedar Valley Hospitality House.

Released in 2005, this film has gained national attention and a following around the world. In the film, Sophie lives an uneventful life in her late father's hat shop until one night she comes face to face with a witch. After this night, Sophie finds out that she has been cursed and turned into an old woman. Deciding that she can't stay at the hatters and her home any longer, she begins a journey to find the well known magician Howl, to break her curse and find the witch that changed her life forever. What happens to Sophie? Who is the witch that cursed her? What is this fire that speaks to her? Come join our office and find out! Snacks will be provided and we encourage everyone to dress in their comfiest clothes and hang out with us!
Transgender Day of Remembrance is observed each year to memorialize individuals who are victims of anti-transgender violence. This year we remember trans people who were killed in the United States. Join UNI Gender and Sexuality Services for a vigil in memory of these people who died this year. All are welcome to attend.
