3pm	Green Dot Faculty and Staff Overview Green Dot Faculty and Staff Overview Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm Green Dot is an NISG-sponsored bystander intervention program focused on gender violence prevention. The goal of Green Dot is to decrease the likelihood of sexual assault, stalking, dating and domestic abuse. The Green Dot Student Overview training session is a presentation that introduces basic elements of Green Dot while using skill building activities to keep participants engaged. The basic elements of the presentation are to provide a new/different framework of bystander intervention, to create campus-wide interest and participation, and begin the process of changing behaviors. After briefly discussing the physics behind the OLED functionality and its basic optoelectronic properties, he will focus on the magnetic resonance studies of spin-dependent pathways of electron-hole bound state (exciton) formation and exciton-charge carrier quenching processes, which are pivotal to the OLED functionality.
