Join the Department of Biology for a day of fun at the UNI Biological Preserves. Activities for all ages!
- 7-8 a.m. - Birding
- 8-9 a.m. - Small mammal trapping and observation
- 1-3 p.m. - Wildflower identification, bee and butterfly counting, invertebrate monitoring and large mammal observation with trail cameras
- 8-8:30 p.m. - Bat detection with an ultrasonic detector
- 8-9:30 p.m. - Insect monitoring
