CommUNI -Horn (Community Horn Choir)

Welcome to the CommUNI-Horn!

The UNI Community Horn Choir is an ensemble for all horn enthusiasts at any age and ability. This ensemble is directed by UNI School of Music Horn Instructor, Dr. Maddy Tarantelli.

Members can expect to play a variety of horn repertoire while developing their horn sound and musical literacy. Dr. Tarantelli focuses on providing space for members to learn to play with ease, make beautiful sounds, learn technique to best serve the music, and create community. 

  • Tuition is $50 per semester
    • New Horizons Members and CMS Lesson students receive a 10% discount on choir tuition.
    • Horn Choir Members receive a 20% discount on lesson tuition through CMS
    • 10% discount available for paying for the whole academic year
    • Free admission to UNI Horn Day ($25)
