(online) MVP Strategies: Train-the-Trainer Training (bystander approach to preventing bullying and gender violence)

Friday, September 18, 2020 - 3:00 pm to Saturday, September 19, 2020 - 4:00 pm

MVP Strategies is a program, or model, that utilizes the bystander approach to preventing bullying and all forms of gender-based violence. This online training will begin on Friday, September 18, from 3:00 - 9:00 pm, and continue on Saturday, September 19, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The training will be broken up into 60 to 90 minute intervals with breaks given throughout the 2 days. Training participants will receive a certificate of attendance from the Center for Violence Prevention and be authorized to train and educate others of the MVP model in Iowa's schools and community agencies who serve youth and families.
