SWS will be offering Intuitive Eating Workshops in TWO groups during April 2020. Each workshop will be a 4-week series held via Zoom. Email jenna.petersen@uni.edu to reserve your spot in one of the workshops!

The Intuitive Eating Workshop is a safe space for students to discuss their experiences with food among a small group of others who are also interested in creating a new relationship with their mind, body, and food. Discussion topics are centered around the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, originally developed by “Intuitive Eating Pros” Evelyn Tribole, M.S., R.D., and Elise Resch, R.D., F.A.D.A., C.E.D.R.D.
