The Wishmakers are teaming up with the Tea Cellar! Anyone is available to purchase a selection of teas from the Tea Cellar or Coffee from Fat Cup Roasters and a portion of the proceeds will be given to the Wishmakers to grant a wish for a child with a Chronic Illness. Just follow the link and be sure to select "Northern Iowa WIshmakers" to choose from a selection of hand-picked teas to be delivered to you or picked up at the store! If tea isn't your thing but you're still interested in helping, there is a donate button as well with a downloadable PDF for tax exemptions!

Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors and programs are invited to participate and present research projects, internship/volunteer/practicum experiences, club activities and/or creative performances. Come share your work and help inspire fellow students, faculty and the UNI campus community!
Submit your project online thru March 22, 2021 at csbs.uni.edu/conference. Projects still “in progress” are eligible to be presented. Even if you don’t have a project ready this year, come see what your fellow students are doing to get inspiration for the future!

The Center for Violence Prevention at University of Northern Iowa, Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and Riverview Center will host a conversation between Gwen Bramlet-Hecker, Iowa Program Director, Riverview Center, and Dr. Jackson Katz, educator, author, filmmaker and cultural theorist. Dr. Katz is internationally renowned for his pioneering scholarship and activism on issues of gender, race and violence.
This virtual event will focus on why it's important to involve male voices in efforts to prevent sexual harassment and sexual assault, and how colleges and their surrounding communities can intentionally and strategically engage men to take on more responsibility in ending all forms of gender violence. College students, public health and safety professionals and practitioners in the fields of education, victim services and prevention are encouraged to register and attend.
