Guest Recital: Leander Star, horn
Visting artist Leander Star will present a horn recital. Star is a founding member of the avant garde wind quintet The City of Tomorrow, a member of new music ensemble Alarm Will Sound, a member of the Lawrence Graduate Bayreuth Tuben Quintet and a tenured member of the Oregon Ballet Theater and Portland Opera Orchestra, as well as a member of the faculty of the University of Oregon as visiting assistant professor. This event is free an open to the public.
